The main reason diets dont work for people is because they see them as a temporary solution to the problem. this book focuses on the opposite. it is based off of making healthy lifestyle choices and changes to help you live and feel better. it is a sustainable diet because it allows you to lose weight by enjoying 5 meals small a day with five core ingredients all which are supposed to take 5 minutes or less to prepare eh.not really but the best part is that it allows you one "cheat" day per week to enjoy a not so healthy indulgence or two.
